Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items 
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 14 days

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
